With a decade of experience as a principal, including roughly 10 years as a turnaround leader, Dr. Woods has demonstrated a remarkable ability to lead schools through transformative change. Notably, Dr. Woods guided a school from an F rating to a C rating in less than 4 years, showcasing her expertise in strategic planning, school culture and improvement, and student achievement. 

Throughout her career, Dr. Kendra Woods dubbed “The Culture Queen” has focused on creating community focused, inclusive, student-centered environments that promote academic excellence and equity. Passionate about education advocacy, servant leadership and creating authentic connections and relationships, Dr. Woods continues to advocate for systems that empower both educators and students to thrive.
